Job Description
This role focuses on driving sales and delivering customer service by engaging clients in a designated area.
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Promoting and selling financial products and services
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations
It’s a client-facing, target-driven role that combines sales, service, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Execute sales activities to meet targets
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Grow and expand the client base
- Sell packaged financial solutions
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Engage regularly with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Retain and grow existing clients
3. Sales Performance & Targets
- Achieve performance scorecard targets
- Manage sales pipeline effectively
- Maintain a good cost-to-sales ratio
- Increase profitability through sales growth
4. Product Knowledge & Digital Adoption
- Maintain knowledge of FNB products and services
- Promote digital and self-service banking solutions
- Guide clients through application and service processes
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Follow governance and compliance standards
- Identify and escalate risks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and ethical sales practices
6. Administration & Reporting
- Complete reports and admin tasks accurately and on time
- Update client and sales information
- Maintain proper documentation
7. Teamwork & Efficiency
- Contribute to team collaboration

- Support a positive and inclusive work environment
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- FSCA-recognized FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification (or higher)
Certifications
- First Level Regulatory Examination (RE5)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to undergo a credit record check (as per National Credit Act)
