Bursary Overview
The VKB Group is offering bursaries to students pursuing a BCom in Investment Management for the 2027 academic year. The bursary aims to support academically strong and motivated South African students who are interested in building a career within one of South Africa’s leading agricultural and agribusiness organisations.
The opportunity is open to both Grade 12 learners planning to begin their studies in 2027 and current university students enrolled in the relevant qualification.
Minimum Requirements
For Grade 12 Applicants
Applicants must have:
- A valid South African ID.
- A National Senior Certificate with a minimum overall average of 70%.
- Latest Grade 11 results.
- Current Grade 12 results.
For Current Tertiary Students
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled at an accredited South African higher education institution.
- Achieve a minimum average of 60% in major subjects.
- Submit a complete academic transcript, including 2026 results.
Additional Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be willing to complete vacation work at one of VKB’s regional head offices.
- Be willing to relocate after completing their studies for potential employment or work-back obligations.
- Be fluent in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
