Job Overview
The General Worker position is an entry-level role responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment while assisting with stock handling, customer service, and general operational duties. The successful candidate will support daily retail operations by loading and offloading stock, maintaining housekeeping standards, and assisting customers and suppliers as required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
General Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises.
- Perform daily cleaning duties in designated work areas.
- Ensure workspaces remain safe and organised.
- Keep storage and stock areas neat and accessible.
Stock Handling
- Load and offload stock safely and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.
- Support stock control and stock management activities.
- Ensure products are handled according to company procedures.
Customer Service
- Assist customers with loading purchased goods.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Help suppliers and customers with stock-related enquiries.

General Operational Support

Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric) or
