    JOB OVERVIEW

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

    3. Stock & Expense Control

    • Manage stock losses and shrinkage control
    • Control store expenses and improve operational efficiency
    • Maintain policy compliance in stock handling

    4. People Management

    • Recruit, develop, and manage store staff

    • Motivate and engage the team to achieve targets
    • Build a high-performance store culture

    5. Merchandising & Operations

    • Execute in-store merchandising standards and strategy

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Minimum 3 years retail experience
    • At least 1 year in a store leadership/management role
