Job Purpose:
To sell merchandise according to agreed targets, manage stock control, administer cash and card transactions, and market products effectively to customers while providing excellent service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing
- Market agricultural commodities such as PPE products and Johnson Products.
- Sell merchandise according to set targets.
- Promote high-standard customer service both in-person and via telephonic or email communication.
- Stock & Cash Management
- Manage stock control and place orders to ensure availability.
- Handle receipts from customers, process allocations, and manage PayPoint sales.
- Perform daily banking of cash and cheques.
- Customer Service & Support
- Render excellent service to walk-in and remote customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Knowledge of PPE and Johnson Products is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Client-focused and marketing-oriented
- Team player
- Willingness to undergo continuous training
