    Job Description

    The Office Coordinator will manage and coordinate a wide range of administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

    The role requires someone organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure while interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Administration

    • Coordinate general office administration.
    • Manage office consumables and supplies.
    • Handle courier coordination and administration.
    • Maintain administrative records and processes.

    Reception and Communication

    • Manage reception and switchboard operations.
    • Assist visitors and stakeholders professionally.
    • Coordinate internal communication support.

    Fleet and Facilities Management

    • Oversee fleet control and vehicle coordination.
    • Coordinate building maintenance activities.
    • Supervise external service providers and stakeholders.

    Travel and Event Coordination

    • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
    • Coordinate internal events and meetings.
    • Manage calendar bookings and scheduling.

    Operational Support

    Minimum Requirements
