Job Overview
Motus Corporation is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Land Rover team in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis and reporting while ensuring that financial resources are effectively managed. The role will also contribute to strategic financial decision-making, profitability, cash flow management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Supporting profitability and cash flow improvement initiatives.
- Preparing detailed financial forecasts and budgets.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities for improved operational efficiency.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities based on financial data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational plans.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Preparing periodic financial reports for stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIMA or CA(SA) will be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience in financial management, financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience within the automotive or related industry will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of South African financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to extract strategic insights from financial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience managing finance teams.
- Experience managing departmental budgets.
- Experience working with Kerridge DMS.
