    Job Description

    The Lecturer – Business Management role involves delivering academic instruction to students enrolled in business-related programmes at Rosebank College. The lecturer is responsible for teaching, assessing student work, providing academic support, and contributing to student development and success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Teaching and Learning Delivery

    • Present Business Management content in classroom or online environments.

    Student Assessment

    • Mark assignments, tests, and examinations.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Master’s Degree in Business Management
      OR
    • Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management (depending on institutional requirements)

    Experience

    • 1–3 years industry experience in Business Management or related field.
    • 1–3 years lecturing or teaching experience (preferred).
    • Familiarity with South African higher and further education systems.
