Job Description
The Floor Supervisor supports store management in leading the retail team, driving sales performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The role requires a motivated and energetic retail professional who can supervise daily store operations while creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership and Operations
- Support the store management team with daily operations.
- Supervise and motivate store staff.
- Ensure operational excellence within the store.
- Manage priorities and multitask effectively.
- Help maintain store standards and procedures.
Sales and Performance Management
- Drive store sales and KPI performance.
- Support targets related to:
- Turnover
- Customer rewards programmes
- New accounts
- Visual merchandising
- Assist with strategic sales planning.
- Help manage the sales process effectively.
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Resolve customer challenges professionally.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A Matric certificate.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory retail experience.
