    Job Purpose

    The role focuses on executing sales activities, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service while promoting banking and financial products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute sales activities within the designated area
    • Build and maintain client relationships
    • Achieve sales targets and performance goals
    • Identify opportunities to grow the client base
    • Promote and sell packaged financial solutions
    • Maximise cross-selling opportunities
    • Drive customer adoption of digital banking and self-service platforms
    • Retain and assist unbanked customers
    • Maintain knowledge of approved banking products and processes
    • Complete administration and reporting accurately and on time
    • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and company standards
    • Maintain high-quality customer service standards
    • Contribute to teamwork and operational efficiency

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    • FSCA-recognised FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher
    • Completed First Level Regulatory Examination (RE5)
