    Job Overview

    The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations and performance of the Bloemfontein branch, with a strong focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

    The role involves managing employees, developing customer relationships, overseeing financial performance, implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing branch costs and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

    The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket parts industry and demonstrate a hands-on management approach.

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants should meet the following requirements:

    • Matric qualification.
    • A tertiary business qualification will be advantageous.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
    • Extensive experience in a Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Warehouse Manager role, preferably within the automotive industry or a related business.
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the business and automotive aftermarket industry.
    • Strong leadership qualities.
    • Good understanding of relevant employment legislation, including:

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resource Management

    The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
