    Position Overview

    Auto Pedigree is seeking energetic, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join its sales team as Vehicle Sales Representatives. The role focuses on achieving vehicle sales targets, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the Auto Pedigree brand.

    This opportunity is suitable for recent matriculants with strong sales potential, as well as candidates with customer service or sales experience who want to build a career in the automotive industry.

    Main Responsibilities

    Vehicle Sales

    • Sell vehicles and achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Promote Auto Pedigree products and services.
    • Present vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
    • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
    • Conduct professional sales presentations.

    Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
    • Generate leads through networking and prospecting.
    • Build and maintain a strong customer base.
    • Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Expand market reach through customer referrals and relationship building.

    Customer Service

    • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Build long-term relationships with customers.
    • Manage customer expectations professionally.
    • Resolve customer concerns and provide feedback when necessary.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after sales.

    Negotiation and Closing Sales

    • Negotiate pricing and sales agreements.
    • Prepare and explain quotations and sales offers.
    • Finalise sales transactions and documentation.
    • Close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.

    Test Drives and Vehicle Demonstrations

    • Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations.
    • Accompany customers on test drives.
    • Verify driver’s licences and required documentation before test drives.
    • Explain vehicle capabilities and features.

    Showroom Management

    • Assist with showroom setup and vehicle displays.
    • Ensure vehicles are presented professionally.
    • Maintain showroom appearance and promotional displays.

    Sales Administration

    • Maintain accurate customer records.
    • Track sales activities and performance.
    • Prepare sales reports as required.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Minimum Requirements

    Educational Qualification

    • Grade 12 (Matric)

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service and sales experience.
    • Proven sales track record.

    Advantageous

    • Automotive industry experience.
    • Knowledge of vehicle sales processes.
    • Retail sales experience.

    Additional Requirements

    Driver’s Licence

    • Valid Code 08 driver’s licence (unendorsed)
    • Own reliable transport

    Computer Skills

    • Computer literate

    Advantageous Knowledge

    • Understanding of retail compliance requirements.
    • Knowledge of local languages spoken in the area.
    • Familiarity with Auto Pedigree products and services.

    Working Hours

    Must be willing to work:
