    Purpose of the Role

    The purpose of the role is to:

    • Build and maintain a personal client base

    Main Responsibilities

    Sales and Client Acquisition

    • Market and sell Old Mutual financial products.
    • Work within allocated markets to identify potential clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Convert leads into sales opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Establish strong working relationships with clients.
    • Use communication and interpersonal skills to gain client trust.
    • Provide ongoing support and product guidance to clients.

    Financial Product Promotion

    • Promote suitable financial services and products.
    • Work with a specific product range as assigned.
    • Educate clients on financial solutions and benefits.

    Performance and Work Management

    • Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
    • Plan and manage daily activities effectively.
    • Work independently and manage own client portfolio.
    • Ensure accountability in all sales activities.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Matric (Grade 12) – required

    Experience

    • Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous

    Compliance Requirements
