Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to:
- Build and maintain a personal client base
- Market and sell financial products

Main Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition
- Market and sell Old Mutual financial products.
- Work within allocated markets to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish strong working relationships with clients.
- Use communication and interpersonal skills to gain client trust.
- Provide ongoing support and product guidance to clients.
Financial Product Promotion
- Promote suitable financial services and products.
- Work with a specific product range as assigned.
- Educate clients on financial solutions and benefits.
Performance and Work Management
- Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
- Plan and manage daily activities effectively.
- Work independently and manage own client portfolio.
- Ensure accountability in all sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Matric (Grade 12) – required
Experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
