     Job Purpose

    To manage and oversee the daily operations of the cash centre, ensuring that all deposits are:

    • Verified accurately
    • Balanced correctly
    • Processed according to contractual agreements

     Minimum Requirements

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Previous cash centre experience (advantage)
    • Strong ability to work in a high-pressure environment
    • Excellent people management and time management skills
    • Professional client interaction skills

     Key Responsibilities

    1. Operations Management

    • Oversee the entire cash centre daily operations
    • Ensure all deposits are balanced and processed correctly

    2. Staff Management

    • Manage and supervise staff performance
    • Handle and resolve staff-related challenges

    3. Financial Control & Queries

    • Resolve treasury and teller discrepancies
    • Ensure all cash differences are investigated and resolved

    4. Client & Stakeholder Communication

    • Provide feedback to clients
    • Liaise with support departments

    5. Compliance & Risk Management

    • Enforce company policies and procedures
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks
