Job Purpose
The Graduate Internship Programme provides graduates with practical workplace experience in the Labour Relations unit. The programme is designed to equip interns with practical knowledge and experience in labour relations, employee relations, dispute resolution, disciplinary processes, and the application of labour legislation within the public sector.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Basic understanding of government principles and administrative procedures.
- Basic knowledge of labour relations principles and South African labour legislation.
