Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to assess their financial needs
- Offer suitable financial products such as life insurance
- Funeral cover, savings, and retirement solutions
- Accurately capture client data and sales
- Meet production and quality targets
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Matric/N4 or equivalent qualification (degree preferred)
- Relevant FAIS and regulatory exam requirements (if currently in the industry)
- 5 years’ experience for matric-level applicants or 1–2 years’ experience for degree holders
- Strong computer literacy, and fluency in English.
