Nature of the Position
This is not a permanent post.
Successful applicants will be placed in a candidate pool and appointed only when invigilation services are required. Appointments are:
Ad hoc (as needed)
Part-time
Hourly remunerated
Being included in the pool does not guarantee appointment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Examination Duties
Monitor students to prevent cheating
Maintain a quiet and orderly exam environment
Distribute and collect exam papers
Announce start and end times
Respond to procedural queries (no academic assistance)
Report irregularities
Assist with exam preparation and administrative tasks
Graduation & Event Support
Assist with venue setup and dismantling
Coordinate transport and arrangement of equipment
Support professional presentation of venues
Provide operational support during ceremonies
Assist physically where required
Inherent Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) – certificate must be attached
Computer literacy (clearly shown in CV)
Recommendations (Advantageous)
