Objective
To appoint a qualified service provider to:
Supply air conditioning units
Deliver to the Smithfield Office
Install the air conditioning units
Provide maintenance and repair services
Scope of Work
The project includes the following:
Supply
Provision of suitable air conditioning units as per specifications in the tender documents
Delivery
Transportation and delivery to the Smithfield Office
Installation
Complete installation of units
Electrical connections
Testing and commissioning
Ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards
Maintenance & Repairs
Routine servicing
Fault diagnosis
Repair of malfunctioning units
Replacement of defective components where required
Technical Requirements
Tenderers must:
Hold a valid CIDB grading of 1EB or higher
Comply with all technical specifications outlined in the tender documentation
Meet industry standards for HVAC installations
Adhere to safety, electrical, and quality compliance requirements
Submit tenders only on officially issued documentation
Ensure proper sealing, addressing, and submission as per Tender Data
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Eligible bidders should demonstrate:
Proven experience in HVAC supply and installation
Technical expertise in air conditioning systems
Maintenance and troubleshooting capability
Relevant industry certifications and licensing
Experience working with government or institutional clients (advantageous)
Ability to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
