    Job Purpose:

    To deliver exceptional customer service via chat and email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally while contributing to continuous service improvement within the iGaming industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email

    • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts with empathy and a solution-focused mindset

    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and courteously

    • Identify and suggest opportunities for service and process improvement

    • Collaborate with the wider support and operations team to uphold service excellence

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer support or similar customer-facing role

    • Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

    • Customer-centric attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism

    • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
