Job Purpose:
To deliver exceptional customer service via chat and email, resolving issues efficiently and professionally while contributing to continuous service improvement within the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email

Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts with empathy and a solution-focused mindset

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and courteously

Identify and suggest opportunities for service and process improvement

Collaborate with the wider support and operations team to uphold service excellence
Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in customer support or similar customer-facing role

Fluent English – excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Customer-centric attitude with patience, empathy, and professionalism

Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
