Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for daily kitchen production

• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

• Provide excellent customer service

• Contribute to an effective and efficient kitchen team

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) is essential

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment

• Customer service experience is essential

• Certificate in Professional Cookery is advantageous

• Hotel or hospitality environment experience is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of food safety standards and special dietary requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Passion for delivering quality food and service
