Responsibilities:
Prepare food for daily kitchen production
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Contribute to an effective and efficient kitchen team
Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook in a contract catering environment
Customer service experience is essential
Certificate in Professional Cookery is advantageous
Hotel or hospitality environment experience is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of food safety standards and special dietary requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Passion for delivering quality food and service
