Responsibilities:
Drive top-line growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Manage profit margins to optimise branch profitability
Organise and execute customer engagement events
Monitor inventory levels, trends, and manage stock deviations
Implement effective merchandising strategies and control write-offs
Foster a branch culture aligned with Hinterland values
Support employee development and implement succession planning
Oversee daily employee performance and manage corrective actions when needed
Ensure branch compliance with legal, health, and safety standards
Train staff on policies and procedures for operational and compliance excellence
Qualifications:
Relevant Diploma in Agricultural, Business Management, or Retail
5–10 years of relevant management experience
Strong knowledge of inventory and employee management policies
Experience in compliance and safety regulations
