Job Summary:
Starlink Installation Pros is on a mission to deliver fast, reliable Starlink satellite internet to rural and underserved communities. We’re seeking a tech-savvy and persuasive Appointment Setter to qualify leads, schedule installations, and provide critical support to our remote sales team. This is a high-impact role at the front lines of our customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify incoming leads and determine their suitability for Starlink installation
Book appointments for Starlink installations, offering flexible scheduling options
Use GoHighLevel CRM to manage leads, update appointment statuses, and ensure data accuracy
Communicate with leads professionally via phone, SMS, and email using RingCentral
Overcome objections and address concerns with confidence and empathy
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff and customer experience
Follow up on interested leads that have not yet confirmed appointments
Requirements:
Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear American accent (required)
Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly
Familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms
Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
A proactive, persistent, and resilient personality
Strong computer literacy and troubleshooting ability
Ability to relate well with rural clients and communicate with empathy
