Responsibilities
- Manage student registration, admissions, and academic records.
- Maintain and update the Student Information System (SIS).
- Coordinate assessment processes, including timetables, venues, invigilators, moderation, and mark capturing.
- Process course changes, transfers, cancellations, refunds, and admissions queries.
- Ensure compliance with IIE academic policies and operational procedures.
- Oversee certification, graduation administration, and student lifecycle records.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide efficient academic operational support.
Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years’ administration experience.
- 1 year of first-level management experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience in assessment administration.
- Strong organisational, communication, customer service, and time management skills.
