    • Phedisanang Clinic – 1 Post
    • Geneva Clinic – 1 Post
    • Boithusong Clinic – 1 Post

    Position Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and any African language.
    • Residency: Candidates must reside within the clinic’s catchment area they are applying to and provide proof of address (a letter from the Municipality or Ward Councillor).

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Basic counseling skills (preferred but not required).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver HIV Testing Services (HTS) through index tracing at both the workplace and community levels, focusing on pregnant women and high-risk individuals.
    • Implement HIV prevention measures, including STI and TB screenings, risk reduction counseling, and referrals for further treatment or counseling as necessary.
    • Obtain written and informed consent for HIV testing, TB, and STI screenings.
    • Perform HIV rapid testing using finger-prick methods to collect capillary blood samples.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and daily reconciliation of onsite services.
    • Collect and submit outreach campaign data following standard operating procedures.
    • Promote Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) and lubricant use as HIV prevention strategies.
