Responsibilities:

Lead strategic and operational property initiatives across the MAST region

Manage a team of Specialist and Admin staff within the central estates division

Build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, vendors, contractors, and government bodies

Serve as the key point of contact for landlord negotiations and dispute resolution

Coordinate lease tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting
-
Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s Performance Management Framework and compliance standards
-
Regularly travel across the region to oversee property sites and stakeholder engagements
-
Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools
-
Ensure timely consent and novation of lease agreements
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational continuity and maximize tenancy
Qualifications:

Matric (Essential)
-
Relevant tertiary qualification in:
-
Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Town Planning, or Property Management (Essential)

Management development experience or courses (Desirable)

5–8 years of relevant functional experience, including:
-
2–3 years in contractual legal compliance (Essential)

2–3 years in environmental and town planning (Essential)

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficient in planning tools and advanced Excel

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
