    Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic and operational property initiatives across the MAST region

    • Manage a team of Specialist and Admin staff within the central estates division

    • Build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, vendors, contractors, and government bodies

    • Serve as the key point of contact for landlord negotiations and dispute resolution

    • Coordinate lease tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting

    • Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s Performance Management Framework and compliance standards

    • Regularly travel across the region to oversee property sites and stakeholder engagements

    • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools

    • Ensure timely consent and novation of lease agreements

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational continuity and maximize tenancy

    Qualifications:

    • Matric (Essential)

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in:

      • Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Town Planning, or Property Management (Essential)

    • Management development experience or courses (Desirable)

    • 5–8 years of relevant functional experience, including:

      • 2–3 years in contractual legal compliance (Essential)

      • 2–3 years in environmental and town planning (Essential)

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Proficient in planning tools and advanced Excel

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
