Job Purpose
To provide unemployed youth with structured workplace training in the grain handling industry, focusing on grain receiving, handling, storage, cleaning, and safety procedures while supporting daily operational activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in theoretical training while performing practical work

Assist with grain receiving, handling, and storage processes

Perform daily cleaning tasks in production and processing areas
-
Clean processing equipment and production lines according to hygiene standards

Conduct deep cleaning of production areas

Perform post-cleaning inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance
-
Adhere to quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

Support operational staff with general duties as required
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Must be unemployed

Aged between 18 and 32 years

Resident of Villiers or surrounding areas
