Tender Objective
The Eastern Cape Department of Social Development seeks to appoint a qualified passenger transport service provider to arrange two luxury buses for Active Ageing participants travelling to and from Bloemfontein.
The objective is to provide safe, reliable and comfortable transportation while ensuring efficient logistics, punctuality and compliance with applicable public-sector and road-transport requirements.
Scope of Work
The appointed service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end transportation arrangements, including:
- Providing two luxury buses dedicated to the participants.
- Transporting participants to and from Bloemfontein.
- Providing suitable and qualified drivers.
- Coordinating travel routes and schedules.
- Ensuring punctual departure and arrival.
