Job Overview:
Senwes Ltd. is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Hinterland Store Environment in Kroonstad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring safety and stock control, and managing both staff and customer service in line with Hinterland procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor overall security and safety in store and yard
Ensure excellent customer service delivery
Manage in-store stock control, placement, and expiry date reports
Maintain tidiness of store, bathrooms, and yard including pest and weed control
Handle consignment stock and assist during in-house training
Conduct daily spot checks (e.g., pipes, poles)
Support and manage staff performance and development
Conduct and manage stock takes and cycle counting
Perform sales at Point of Sale (POS) when needed
Ensure proper stacking and safety of stored items
Ensure correct invoicing and stock receiving
Maintain neat and orderly outside areas (e.g., grass cutting, removing weeds)
Minimum Requirements:
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Relevant experience in a similar role will be advantageous
Willingness to undergo a consumer credit check (if handling cash/finances)
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with transformation goals
