Key Responsibilities
Sales

Achieve store sales and gross profit (GP) targets

Manage and maintain high visual merchandising standards

Drive sales performance through effective leadership and customer engagement
Customer Service

Demonstrate what world-class customer service looks like

Coach and support team members to consistently deliver excellent service
Stock & Administration

Ensure the store is fully stocked and orders are placed accurately and on time

Manage and execute all administrative duties efficiently and completely
-
Monitor, control, and reduce stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels

Oversee and take responsibility for all store administrative functions
Staff Management & Leadership

Manage and support staff to ensure they meet performance expectations

Act as a proud brand ambassador by leading through example

Maintain expert knowledge of all products and share this knowledge with staff

Develop self and team through ongoing training and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
