Job Description
Chainlink Recruitment is seeking a reliable and well-organised Receptionist / Admin Clerk to join their team on a contract basis in Welkom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front-desk duties, customer interactions, and a variety of administrative tasks, with a strong focus on accurate data capturing using Sage 300.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls; take and relay messages
Assist walk-in customers with cash/card payments and issue receipts
Record and send card slips to Johannesburg and update merchant batches daily
Email quotes and invoices to clients
General filing and administrative support
Capture cash receipts and timesheets in Sage 300
Assist with branch stock takes
Check ProForma delivery books, issue sales orders, and process invoicing
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist
Must be computer literate
Strong verbal communication skills – friendly and well spoken
Experience with Sage 300 is advantageous
