Job Purpose:
To implement the commercial strategy and execute plans to drive growth and sales for clients within the specified portfolio. This role is responsible for expanding market share, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the clients under management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy Support

Execute national commercial strategies in line with organizational goals.

Align portfolio management with strategic business objectives.
2. Client Service and Engagement Management

Oversee quality of service delivery to key national clients.

Address and resolve client escalations and ensure satisfaction.
3. Client Relationship Management

Develop, strengthen, and maintain high-value client relationships.

Support long-term partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.
4. Market Analysis and Expansion

Identify and assess new opportunities for client and market growth.

Analyze industry trends and market performance for competitive advantage.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).

Generate performance and strategy reports for internal stakeholders.
6. Team Development and Management

Lead and mentor team members within the client management function.

Foster continuous learning, performance, and leadership growth.
Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in commercial roles within the FMCG industry.

Demonstrated success in key client account development with measurable growth outcomes.

Strong background in managing multiple national-level client accounts.
