Job Purpose:
To implement the commercial strategy and execute plans to drive growth and sales for clients within the specified regional portfolio. This role is responsible for expanding market share, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the clients in the specified region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Strategy Support

Support the execution of national commercial strategies at a regional level.

Ensure alignment of regional initiatives with overall business objectives.
2. Client Service and Engagement Management

Maintain high levels of service delivery to all clients.

Act as the primary contact for client escalations and solutions.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Foster long-term partnerships that contribute to sustained growth.
4. Market Analysis and Expansion

Identify new business opportunities within the region.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.

Compile reports to track progress against commercial objectives.
6. Team Development and Management

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Experience Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in commercial roles within the FMCG industry.

Proven track record in developing key client accounts that resulted in measurable growth.

Extensive experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
