Job Overview:
Network IT is seeking a skilled Desktop Technician to provide technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will handle installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and device maintenance while collaborating with the broader IT team.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware/software)

Perform system upgrades, software installations, and patch management

Manage and maintain desktop/laptop inventory

Assist with network connectivity and peripheral device configuration

Document technical issues and resolutions clearly

Work collaboratively with other IT team members
Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Desktop Technician or in a similar IT support role

Familiarity with desktop hardware (printers, monitors, peripherals)

Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills

Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users

Relevant certifications (preferred):

CompTIA A+

Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
