    Job Summary:

    A well-established company is seeking a Commercial Finance and Insurance Business Manager with a solid track record in the motor industry. This role requires handling high volumes, achieving sales and compliance targets, and ensuring best practices in F&I procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and process finance and insurance applications for an average of 20 commercial vehicle units per month

    • Structure deals accurately in line with dealership policies and client affordability

    • Ensure compliance with all FAIS, RE, NCA, COB, and CPD regulatory requirements

    • Achieve financial product penetration and cross-selling targets

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and dealership procedures

    • Accurately document all transactions and maintain full compliance with audit standards

    • Maintain strong relationships with finance houses, insurers, dealership staff, and customers

    • Conduct after-sales follow-ups and manage customer service to improve retention

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric (Grade 12) Certificate

    • NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 FAIS Credits

    • RE Accreditation (Regulatory Examination)

    • NCA Accreditation (National Credit Act compliant)

    • CPD hours (Continuous Professional Development) – up to date for all cycles

    • COB (Class of Business) Training Completed

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar F&I role in the commercial vehicle space

    • Proven record of performance against financial targets

    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

    • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

    Salary Structure:

    • Negotiable Basic Salary
