Job Purpose
The Branch Host provides frontline client service and administrative support within a Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) branch.
You’ll ensure that every client visiting the branch has a positive, professional, and efficient experience — assisting them promptly and supporting the Branch Manager with admin functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage branch reception and act as the first point of contact for clients.

Ensure all visitors and clients are welcomed, attended to, and referred appropriately.

Support the Branch Manager with general office administration.

Handle client service inquiries and ensure excellent communication between clients and staff.

Maintain office systems, records, and correspondence efficiently.

Uphold Sanlam’s client service standards and brand values.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

1–2 years’ experience in an office coordination, clerical, or administrative role
Preferred:
-
Experience in an insurance branch or financial services environment

Client-facing or customer service experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
