Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care

Collaborate with a multi-professional healthcare team

Identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety

Enhance the patient experience by maintaining a supportive environment

Accurately document all nursing interventions

Promote staff competence through knowledge sharing

Ensure correct usage and billing of medical stock and equipment
Qualifications:

Essential: Degree or Diploma in General Nursing

Desired: Midwifery and/or postgraduate qualification in a specialty area
Experience:
-
Essential: No minimum experience required

Desired: 1 year of post-graduate experience in a specialised unit
Skills:
-
Infection prevention and control
-
Pharmacology and nursing processes
-
Patient assessment and care planning
-
Accurate nursing record keeping
-
Knowledge of nursing legislation
-
Basic life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS for specialised wards)

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
