Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the unit in line with strategy, contracts, and legal standards
Manage efficient food production and service delivery in a healthcare environment
Lead planning and execution of creative events and catering functions
Ensure adherence to standardized recipes and maintain high food quality
Handle budgeting, forecasting, costing, invoicing, and GP management
Manage stock levels, sales recording, banking, and payroll administration
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Drive performance management, workforce planning, and service-level agreements
Optimize customer experience using feedback and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts (preferred)
Minimum of 10 years of hospital catering experience (essential)
Experience in competitive and sensitive markets (mandatory)
Project management and unit mobilization experience (advantageous)
Knowledge of costing, budgeting, reporting, and food service systems
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
