     Objective

    Appoint a qualified service provider to supply, install, and manage smart water and electricity meters, improving billing accuracy, remote monitoring, and infrastructure efficiency.

     Scope of Work

    • Supply smart prepaid meters (water & electricity)
    • Install, replace, and upgrade existing meters
    • Enable remote reading (AMR / smart systems)
    • Provide meter data management & billing systems
    • Install bulk meters and infrastructure
    • Offer maintenance, calibration & fault management
    • Train municipal staff and end-users

     Key Technical Requirements

    • Compatibility with STS vending system
