Job Description
The Shop Assistant / Cashier is responsible for delivering service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations, and merchandising activities that create a positive in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Point of Sale (POS) Operations

Accurately scan merchandise and process payments

Handle cash safely and responsibly at all times

Action ClubCard rewards correctly

Maintain high levels of transaction accuracy
Sales & Customer Engagement

Promote the Clicks ClubCard and enroll new members

Inform customers about promotions and special offers

Merchandising & Store Standards
