Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with exceptional, world-class service

Assist customers with product selection and general pet care advice (training provided)

Ensure the store is fully stocked and place orders when required

Receive, pack, and carry stock as part of daily store operations

Maintain basic administrative duties and use IT systems accurately

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing

Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
Requirements

Matric or equivalent qualification

At least one year retail or sales experience (advantageous)
