    Responsibilities:

    As a New Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales within the Guarding Division by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This position demands a motivated, results-oriented individual capable of designing and proposing complex, integrated security solutions.

    In this role, you will:

      • Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Recognize and acquire profitable new clients for the Guarding Division.

      • Conduct Site Surveys: Perform detailed site surveys and create customized security proposals for potential clients.

      • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals set by the company.

      • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

      • Prepare Proposals: Create and present comprehensive, integrated security proposals that meet clients’ specific needs.

      • Submit Quotations and Contracts: Ensure that quotations and contracts are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

      • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and equipment guidelines.

      • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports.

      • Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new business opportunities.

      • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to implement strategies for growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Sales diploma or equivalent qualification

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry

    • Proven track record in new business acquisition and client retention

    • PSIRA grading will be an advantage

    • Fully bilingual (Additional languages are a plus)

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office (including advanced Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

    • Willingness and ability to travel

    • Residing in or near Bloemfontein is essential

    • Clear criminal record and no pending cases
