Tender Overview
SANParks seeks to appoint a panel of service providers for the maintenance and repairs of cooling, refrigeration, and freezing equipment across Golden Gate Highlands National Park for a period of three years.
The objective is to ensure that all refrigeration equipment is properly serviced, repaired, and maintained to support park operations, especially in kitchen and accommodation facilities.
Tender Description
The appointed panel members will provide:
Maintenance & Servicing
Quarterly servicing of refrigeration equipment
Routine inspections and performance checks
Preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
Repairs & Parts Replacement
Fault finding and repair services
Replacement of faulty parts as required
Supply of parts for various models and units
Equipment Covered
The tender includes a wide range of equipment such as:
Walk-in freezers
Under-bar fridges
Chest freezers
Chalet refrigerators
Pantry cool rooms
Side-by-side fridges
Other refrigeration and cooling units

Technical Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate:
