Job Description
Fabiani, part of TFG’s premium menswear portfolio, is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Goldfields Mall store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing employees and stock, maintaining merchandising standards and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive turnover and achieve store sales targets.
- Control and manage store expenses.
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
- Manage recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance.
- Implement in-store merchandising strategies and maintain required standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective execution of the customer service strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Minimum 1 year of store leadership experience.
