    Introduction

    Are you experienced in managing sectional title complexes and confident in handling both administrative and operational property tasks? This opportunity is ideal for a reliable, bilingual professional with strong people and property management skills.

    Purpose of the Role

    To manage sectional title complexes efficiently by ensuring legal compliance, handling administrative duties, maintaining property standards, and coordinating communication between trustees, owners, and service providers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend meetings with Trustees and sectional title complexes as required.

    • Oversee maintenance, financial reporting, and overall management of properties.

    • Ensure proper upkeep of common areas (e.g., gardens, parking, communal facilities).

    • Enforce compliance with the Sectional Titles Act and relevant legislation.

    • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, trustees, and contractors.

    • Organize and participate in AGMs and trustees’ meetings.

    • Manage levy collections and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Resolve disputes and address operational property issues.

    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)

    • At least 2 years of experience as a Sectional Title Administrator/Manager in the Property/Real Estate industry

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills

    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Speak, Read, and Write)

    • Computer literate (Pastel experience advantageous)

    • Valid Driver’s License with own reliable vehicle

    • Willingness to work after hours when required
