Job Description:
Hollywoodbets is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Agent to join their dynamic Purple Team in Kroonstad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, increasing the mobile customer base, and promoting the brand through activations and events.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with opening betting accounts and handling all queries
-
Demonstrate and promote mobile products and services to potential customers
-
Drive mobile marketing campaigns and increase online account sign-ups
-
Record sales activity and report daily to management
-
Conduct promotional events and arrange display setups
-
Guide customers through the mobile app and ensure proper use of signup bonuses
-
Assist with FICA compliance (ID submission) for account openings
-
Maintain a clean, professional work area at all times
-
Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of mobile devices and materials
-
Complete required weekly training (Moodle, bet strike, Voice Notes, Trainers on Wheels)

Roam between stores/branches if required
-
Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Prior experience as a promoter or in a similar role
