    Key Responsibilities:

    You will be the first point of contact for the company and will handle both front desk and administrative duties, including:

     Front Desk Duties:

    • Answering and directing incoming calls

    • Taking and forwarding messages

    • Greeting visitors and assisting with collections/drop-offs

    • Handling customer queries professionally

    • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of reception area

     Administrative Duties:

    • Working with cash clients and ensuring correct payments

    • Filing (for PA, Admin Supervisor, Branch & Operations Managers)

    • Updating and maintaining national contact lists

    • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed

    • Capturing VSA (Vehicle Service Agreement) data daily

    • Compiling reports on incoming/outgoing calls

    • Handling daily reports and assisting with collections

    • Supporting the Supervisor and Branch Manager with ad-hoc tasks

    • Health & safety and maintenance admin assistance

    • Escalating unresolved client queries when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or admin

    • Good telephone etiquette and communication skills

    • Intermediate MS Word & Excel skills

    • Experience operating multi-line telephone systems (Alcatel or similar)

    • Ability to use standard office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.)

    • Basic understanding of freight/logistics operations (advantageous)

    • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints

     Knowledge & Skills Needed:

    • Procedures for local/international calls

    • Knowledge of branch structures and responsibilities

    • Familiarity with freight operational processes (preferred)

    • Organizational and multitasking ability

    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in assisting management
