Job Overview
INFUSE is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Proofreader/Copy Editor to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of written materials across various projects. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English grammar and usage, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand voice across multiple content types. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, a proactive approach to quality assurance, and the ability to work during EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities

Proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and overall consistency.

Ensure adherence to style guides and brand voice across all materials.

Cross-check data, references, and factual statements for accuracy.

Identify and correct issues in tone, structure, and clarity as needed.

Review and occasionally rewrite internal documents to enhance readability.

Collaborate closely with writers, editors, and project managers to deliver polished content.

Maintain a high standard of editorial quality while meeting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements

Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and style.

Minimum 1 year of proofreading experience.

At least 1 year of writing or editorial experience.

Experience with B2B content (preferred).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
