    Job Description

    The Financial Adviser role focuses on:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will:

    Client Engagement

    • Meet with prospective clients
    • Understand customer financial needs
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships

    Sales and Financial Advice

    • Recommend and sell suitable financial products
    • Promote company services professionally
    • Generate new business opportunities

    Administration and Compliance

    • Accurately capture client and sales information
    • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly
    • Follow financial regulations and compliance requirements

    Performance Management

    • Achieve:

    • Provide after-sales service to retain clients

    Minimum Requirements

    Applicants must have:

    • Matric / Grade 12 or N4 equivalent qualification
    • FAIS requirements according to DOFA date
    • Relevant regulatory examinations (if already in the financial services industry)

    Experience Requirements

    Applicants should have:

    • 1–2 years’ experience (for candidates with an undergraduate degree)

    OR

    • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales environment
