- Salary: R20,000 – R42,000 per month (USD-based compensation, with potential revenue sharing)
This role is for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional who thrives in automation, backend development, AI integration, and remote operations. The candidate will be part of a high-performance, results-driven international agency supporting clients in the medical and aesthetic practice sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Development
-
Build and manage automation campaigns on GHL (Go High Level).

Implement AI infrastructure, AI agents, AI-based automations, and custom GPT projects.

Maintain and troubleshoot websites (WordPress), domains, SSL certificates.

Work with APIs and integrations (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Vonage).
-
Perform database reactivation, broadcast campaigns, and data analysis.
-
Ensure quality assurance and testing of client funnels, automations, and systems.
-
Document processes, create process flow maps, workflows, and SOPs.
Project & Operations Management
-
Manage technical projects using Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
-
Liaise between team members and clients to ensure campaign delivery.
-
Communicate updates using Slack, Zoom, Loom, and email.
-
Solve real-time operational issues (“putting out fires”) efficiently.
Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs, ad performance, and campaign success using Google Sheets, Data Studio, and Google Analytics.

Maintain organized files, dashboards, and automated reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or Systems Operations.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development, automation, or AI projects.

Proficient in automation tools, backend languages, AI platforms, and project management software.

Strong knowledge of GHL, Zapier, Make/Integromat, WordPress, APIs, and remote workflow management.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.

Ability to work remote full-time, overlapping 7am–7pm EDT availability.
Preferred / Bonus Skills

Graduate degree in relevant fields.

Practical experience building custom GPT projects.

Proficiency in multiple backend technologies: C#/VB .NET, Java, Python, Linux/Bash, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

Cloud experience: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Vertex/Gemini, BigQuery, Lambda.

Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or ZohoCRM.

Experience with advanced automation and workflow optimization.
