Job Description
The Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager in achieving the store’s sales and turnover targets. The role focuses on supervising the sales floor, delivering excellent customer service, motivating team members, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and turnover targets.
- Help create and deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
- Inspire staff to work effectively and maintain high performance.
- Assist in leading the store team to meet business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience leading a team will be an added advantage.
- A passion for homeware and customer service.
